My husband and I have been married for fourteen years. We have been sweetly blessed with two beautiful children. We recently moved from Southern California to Prescott, Arizona. This defining moment gave us the space (physical, mental, spiritual) to live life more simply and with more intention. I am able to offer my services as a life coach while still being home to raise our children. For me, travel, play time with my family, beach combing, stimulating conversation among friends, and seeking God are essential to living an abundant, authentic life. My desire is to bring Him glory for the all that I do, all that I am, and all that I have been given.

I earned my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary’s School of Psychology. My undergraduate degree is in Recreational Therapy. My former clientele included individuals, couples, and children in a variety of settings including private practice, group settings, schools, and rehabilitation hospitals for those with brain injury. I have received my coaching training from the Institute of Life Coach Training and through Kathy Peel's Family Manager University. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation and the Christian Coaches Network.
